SustainX case Behavioral Change Group. Sustainable Development Goals Micro learning.

The UN Sustainable Development Goals is the blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all. They address the global challenges we face, but how do you transition the content into behavior and mobilize employees on the journey?

Problem

SustainX, a Danish consultancy helping businesses with their green transition, offers training on the UN Sustainable Development Goals. For them, translating the content of the SDGs into actionable and applicable solutions for employees and companies was a key business differentiator - but how? They needed someone with adult learning and microlearning skills to develop what they wanted.

Action

The key to success was collaboration. SustainX's knowledge experts were content specialists, while our role was to design and curate microlearning journeys that not only taught employees about the SDGs, but also helped them apply it to their work context - as a leader, a specialist or a business owner.

Using user friendliness, engagement, and simplicity were the keywords along the way - resulting in high impact microlearning courses.

Result

SustainX was able to deliver customer training with real behavioral impact by transforming knowledge on UN SDGs into engaging microlearning. Microlearning programs contributed significantly to sales, garnered high ratings from clients, and influenced communication with governments and national confederations.
